Honey Nut Chicken Cut chicken into quarters or eighths. (Or buy already cut up.) Lay in a greased roasting pan and sprinkle with italian seasoning, oregano, dried parsley, onion and garlic powder. Drizzle generously with honey. Scatter chopped walnuts over chicken. Sprinkle with brown or white sugar, cinnamon, and paprika. Bake chicken at 350 degrees until juices run clear when pricked with fork. Check periodically to make sure honey does not scorch. Serve hot.
