Banana Bread
Ingredients: Preheat oven to 325. Grease two loaf pans. Mash the bananas, then add the oil/margarine, sugar, flour, baking soda, vanilla, salt, and eggs. Mix until dry ingredients are moistened and batter is not lumpy. Add chocolate chips. Pour batter into pans. If desired, sprinkle chopped walnuts over the top. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until done.
